- Under any circumstances, absentees will be deemed to have voluntarily withdrawn from the activity and will not be entitled to rescheduling or other arrangements.
- Participants suffering from any of the following conditions, including but not limited to fever, cough, flu/cold, skin diseases, or under the influence of drugs or alcohol, are not advised to join the activity.
- Any participant diagnosed with a contagious disease listed in Schedule 1 of the Prevention and Control of Disease Ordinance (Cap. 599, Hong Kong Laws) is not allowed to participate in the activity.
- On the day of the event, if adverse weather conditions occur, please refer to the following adverse weather arrangements.
- Participants must ensure that the information provided is true and accurate. If the event needs to be cancelled or postponed due to adverse weather, participants will be notified by phone, email, or SMS. Please pay close attention.
- Please take good care of your personal belongings. Any loss or damage incurred will be the sole responsibility of the participant.
