- All activity quotas are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis until full.
- Each person can only register once.

Participants are requested to arrive at the exhibition venue (Central Market G/F Interactive Wall, 93 Queen's Road Central, Central, Hong Kong) 10 minutes before the start of the activity session for check-in. Those who do not arrive on time will be deemed to have forfeited their quota, and their spot will be given to those on the on-site waiting list.

Activity Participation Terms and Conditions
- Under any circumstances, absentees will be deemed to have voluntarily forfeited the activity and will not be rescheduled or offered other arrangements.
- Participants suffering from the following conditions, including but not limited to fever, cough, cold/flu, skin diseases, or being under the influence of drugs or alcohol, are not recommended by the organizer to participate in this activity.
- Any participant infected with any communicable disease specified in Schedule 1 of the Prevention and Control of Disease Ordinance (Cap. 599 of the Laws of Hong Kong) cannot participate in this activity.
- On the day of the activity, in case of inclement weather, please refer to the inclement weather arrangements below.
- Participants please ensure that the information provided is true and correct. If the activity needs to be cancelled or postponed due to inclement weather, please pay close attention to announcements and arrangements on the Fishermen Guide Facebook/Instagram social media platforms. We will also notify participants by phone, email, or WhatsApp. Please take note.
- Please take good care of your personal belongings. Any loss or damage incurred will be the sole responsibility of the participant.
- The activity is covered by public liability insurance. Participants are solely responsible for arranging and self-financing insurance for their applicable coverage, such as life, health, or other forms of protection.
- Under all circumstances, participants must strictly follow the instructions of the organizer's staff.
